The Blue Shield website has a search page where you can locate a PPO doctor in your area. The search page can be confusing, so we have provided the example below.
Once you click on the link to the Blue Shield PPO Doctor Search Page, you will see the link option below:
Once you click on the 'Find a Doctor' button, you will see the form below.

You must select the 'Blue Shield of California PPO Network' using the drop down box. See below.
You must choose a doctor by type and by specialty from the drop down boxes. The example has used General Medicine and All General Medicine. See below.
Skip down to item number 4 and enter your zip code. See below.
Once you have entered the information, click on the Search Button and you will see a list of all doctors within 15 miles of your zip code.
