We are more solvent then HUSD. The Family Business will start producing monthly reports. We have approximately $150,000 in reserve our annual budget is $180,000.
Cabinet Report:
MAA billing: Phil is considering compensating those teachers who do the billing.
Family Learning Tree: The changing from individual to group appointments is just an option; it allows more flexibility to the teachers and students.
English Now: Mary estimated that it should only take 40 minutes a day. Sally will meet with Carlos and Tina to discuss testing and other concerns.
Academic Coaches: Mary said that ELD and Reading First have limited scope of duties compared to other academic coaches; therefore ELD and Reading First coaches don’t get 6th period assignments.
Tahquitz High and number of AP’s: Due to the type of student’s that attend Tahquitz High they need that number of AP’s.
Negotiations: HTA wants to open up Article 10 Transfer and Reassignment and Article 17 Peer Assistance and Review. Motion made by the Tracy and John seconded it to approve this proposal. Motion passed.
The Exec Board made a motion to approve the following members for the Negotiations Team, Colleen Barton, Jim Brigham, Robert Hudson, Gary Cook and Troy Brown and Holly Guntermann as Chair. Motion passed.

Michael Swain went over the timeline for the election for delegates to the NEA convention in New Orleans. HTA will fund 3 delegates to attend.
Site Concerns:
Summer School: Since the district is running a smaller summer school there should be a rotation of who is hired from year to year.
